Why Law Boutique was formed.

We believe that legal services should be easily accessible. We want our clients to feel comfortable interacting with their lawyer and we strive to be welcoming and accessible to all.

By focusing on solicitor work, we are able to streamline our legal services in order to offer fair pricing and quick turn around times. Whether we are developing a new estate plan for you or transferring property, we endeavour to have you meet with one of our lawyers one time to have the given transaction completed.

Managing Partner

Harpreet Nirwan

Harp is a founding partner at Law Boutique LLP. Harp practices in the areas of Wills & Estates, Real Estate Transactions, Probate and Family Law. He is also the principal of Nirwan Law Corporation which provides litigation services in the areas of Family Law, Civil Litigation and Personal Injury. 

Harp graduated with a law degree from the University of Victoria. He grew up in Surrey and still calls it home. Harp is fluent in Punjabi and available in person or videoconference by appointment. 

Managing Partner

Maninder (Mani) Dhanoya

Mani is the principle and founder of Law Boutique. Mani was called to the BC Bar in 2018 and is a member of TLABC and the CBA. Mani practices in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning, Estate Litigation, General Civil Litigation, and Residential Real Estate conveyancing. Mani has appeared before the Residential Tenancy Branch, the Civil Resolution Tribunal, the Provincial Court of BC and the Supreme Court of BC on numerous occasions. Mani also has experience in the Court of Appeal.    
  
Mani prefers to help parties to mediate their issues whenever possible, he has helped clients to resolve disputes and navigate through legal issues during some of the most troubling periods of their lives. If mediation is not possible, Mani is more than prepared to take the matter through the litigation process.

In his spare time, Mani likes to spend time with family, friends and/or his dog doing some form of activity.

Conveniently located inside Guildford Mall

We are located inside Guildford Mall, near the CIBC bank entrance and across from the Dollarama. Thanks to being in the mall, there is ample free parking and we are easily accessible. Alternatively, we offer virtual services and can meet with you from the comfort of your own home or you may come in and meet with a lawyer who will appear remotely.
